Lee Ricketts is the son of Mr Ricketts (senior) who is responsible for the every day running of LR Building
Being adopted into the building industry at the age of 15 by his father, he served 5 year full apprentice and gained the Advance qualification for brick work through City & Guilds as a young man
Over the years he has gained many qualifications and knowledge within the construction industry which shows in his commitment and personal services he provides to his clients.
His experience working on period buildings whether they are listed or in a conservation area are outstanding
He like to keep his company a family concern and provide customers a 1-2-1 service
Away from the construction industry he is a keen scuba diver and is a IDC Staff instructor for the professional association of scuba divers (PADI)
He is also a HSE First Aid Instructor and a EFR instructor thus giving all his workforce full onsite First Aid courses
Graham has been a practising architect since 1980, initially practising from Catford and then Sydenham in south-east London, UK.
Graham has experience of commissions on listed buildings, buildings in conservation area, buildings in areas of special architectural character and restoration work.
He is a key member of LR Building
